摘要
盆栽试验于2000年2月到6月在云南农业大学进行。试验设9个处理,5次重复。试验结果表明:在正常的施肥范围内,硝化作用基本在1个月左右完成。铵态氮在土壤中的硝化时间及硝化速率的大小,受土壤质地、肥料浓度的影响。土壤较粘,肥料浓度较高的条件下,铵态氮转化缓慢;而在质地较轻,肥料浓度适宜的条件下,铵态氮转化较快。硝化抑制剂DCD的施用可以显著抑制硝化作用的进行。
Two pot experiments were carried out in teaching farm of Yunnan Agricultural University from February to June, 2000. There were nine treatments of different proportion of ammonium nitrogen with five replications. The result shows that nitrification lasts one month after normal rate fertilizer is applied. This process is affected by soil texture and fertilizer rate. Heavier soil texture and higher fertilizer rate can slow down nitrification. Nitrification inhibitor (DCD) can significantly reduce the nitrification rate.
