摘要
目的:观察消化性溃疡病患者胃窦粘膜幽门腺5-HT细胞和G细胞的变化。方法:采用免疫组织化学PAP双重染色法,在同一张切片上显示5-HT细胞和G细胞。结果:5-HT细胞多散在于胃窦粘膜的中下1/3,呈棕褐色,形态多样,常见有突起的细胞。G细胞呈带状分布于胃窦粘膜的中1/3,大多数G细胞为蓝色,可见少数细胞为蓝黄混合色,呈圆形或锥体形。5-HT细胞数和G细胞数在胃溃疡(Gu)组分别为:4.25±1.20,7.79±2.11;十二指肠溃疡(Du)组:5.48±1.74,9.34±1.87; 对照(Con)组:3.17±1.65,6.08±1.67。5-HT细胞数和G细胞数在Gu组和Du组都增加,以Du组增加最为明显,与对照组相比均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:胃窦粘膜5-HT细胞和G细胞可能参与了消化性溃疡病的内分泌调节。
Objective: To investgate changes of 5-HT and gastrin cells (G cells) in human antral mucosa during peptic ulcer. Methods: The 5-HT cells and G cells were stained with PAP double stainings on the same section. Results: The 5-HT cells were mainly distributed in mid-below third of the mucosa.The cells were brown-yellow.5-HT cells were varied in shape and most of them had long processes. The G cells were located in midzone of the mucosa. Most of them were blue and a few were bluish-yellow. The G cells appeared in different shapes such as spheroid and pyramid. The number of 5-HT cells and G cells were 4.25±1.20, 7.79±2.11 in gastric ulcer (Gu)group; 5.48±1.74, 9.34±1.87 in duodenal ulcer(Du) group ; 3.17±1.65,6.08±1.67 in control(Con) group respectively. The numbers of 5-HT cells and G cells in gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer were higher and showed significant difference from those of the control group respectively. Conclusion: It is suggested that 5-HT cells and G cells may participate in the endocrine regulation during peptic ulcer.
