中国人民银行日前向社会公布了《人民币同业借款管理暂行办法(征求意见稿)》,此举对于推动货币市场发展和完善货币政策传导效应意义深远。从同业借款的自身特点出发,作者从商业银行存贷比考核等几个方面提出政策建议。
The People's Bank of China recently published the consultative paper of the Administrative Rules for the Interbank RMB Transactions. The paper will exert profound influence on the money market development and the improvement of the monetary policy transmission mechanism. According to the characteristics of the interbank RMB transaction, the author puts forward suggestions from such aspects as the assessment of commercial banks' ratio of deposit to loan.
