摘要
利用微分几何学中共轭曲面啮合原理,推导出涡旋齿啮合的基本条件方程式,并在此基础上提出了一种新的混合型线.通过描述新型线的设计及在AutoCAD上的实现过程,为变截面涡旋压缩机的设计工作提供了一种新的思路和方法.
Curved surface conjugation theory of differential geometry and working process of scroll compressor are used to analyze and research fundamental conditions of scrollwrap gearing. And on this bases, a new type of hybrid scroll profile is developed. By means of description of new profile design and its implementation with AutoCAD, a new concept and way are presented for designing scroll compressor with variable crosssection scroll.
