摘要
以可压缩流体为工作介质,对轴向柱塞泵配流盘进行了优化设计,即根据油液含气量的变化,合理计算配流盘的结构尺寸.利用Matlab进行仿真研究,证明了采用该设计方法可以基本消除变工况调节时由于配流压差冲击和气蚀而产生的配流噪声.
Taking the compressible fluid as working medium, an optional design of valve plate of axial piston pump is engaged, where the configurational dimensions of the valve plate are evaluated according to the air content in the oil. Software Matlab is used to perform the simulation investigation, verifying that application of this design method can basically eliminate the flowdistribution noise caused by the shock pressure of flowdistribution and cavitation in the process of the regulation of working conditions.
