This thesis discusses the design and implementation of ZhengZhou Polytechnic Institute Library web sites. Designing of homepage for ZZPI library on WWW server and dicusses some skills and ideas, such as the content and format, new technology applying, information update. The network operation is Windows NT Server and Web server is IIS.
