摘要
在分析 30CrMnSiNi2A低合金钢棒材和锻材力学性能的基础上 ,对其裂纹扩展特性进行了统计分析 ,并对其均值和方差进行了假设检验。得出 ,两种材料的裂纹扩展速率和寿命均随着裂纹的增加而增加 ;其裂纹扩展寿命的分散性均随裂纹长度的增加而减少 ;而其裂纹扩展速度的分散性 ,先随裂纹长度的增加而减小 ,达到一定程度后则随裂纹长度的增加而增加。在裂纹扩展初期 ,棒材的裂纹扩展寿命和裂纹扩展速率的分散性稍大于锻材 ,而在裂纹扩展末期 ,前者均小于后者。该结论对于了解该材料的裂纹扩展性能 ,合理使用材料均有积极的意义。
In this paper, based on study of mechanical performance of 30CrMnSiNi2A bar and forging, their crack growth character is statistically analyzed, mean value and variance are statisically tested. The results showed that crack growth rate and life of both material increase with crack increase, the divergence of crack growth life increases with crack length increases, the divergence of crack growth rate decreases at the beginning and increases in the end with crack length increase. In the crack growth initial stage, divergence of crack growth life and crack growth rate of bar material is larger than that of forging and opposite result appear in the last stage. The results can be used for material selection and application.
