摘要
一批经镀镉后的 4 340钢制飞机起落架轮轴在修理时未退镉并进行了 2 74℃去应力退火。通过室温拉伸、不同温度下的持久试验 ,以及断口分析、金相检验和能谱成分分析 ,确定轮轴在常温或高温下无拉应力时 ,镉并未渗入基体 ,因此轮轴在修理后使用不存在镉脆的可能性。
A series of landing gear wheel axles made of 4340 steel were tempered at 274℃ during repairing without removing cadmium-plated layer. In order to determine whether cadmium was penetrated into the base material and whether the repaired axles have cadmium embrittlement, room temperature tensile test, stress rupture test at different temperatures, fracture surface analysis, metallurgical inspection, and energy dispersive analysis have been made. Experimental results showed that cadmium couldn′t diffuse into the base material under room temperature or under high temperature without tensile stress. Both experimental results and theoretical knowledge showed the axles had no possibility of cadmium embrittlement.
