目的 :研究CT和MRI融合技术在肿瘤放射治疗中的应用。方法 :中国科学院大恒医疗设备公司提供的STAR -2000立体定向适形放疗计划系统 ,以典型脑胶质瘤为研究对象 ,分别作CT和MRI扫描 ,然后通过融合技术将MRI图像映射到CT图像上 ,利用“卷帘技术” ,用CT图像确定人体外轮廓和骨等硬组织 ,用MRI图像确定靶区边界和其它软组织。结果 :很明显CT和MRI融合技术极大地改善了勾画靶区、正常组织、危险器官轮廓的可靠性 。

This paper studies the fusion of CT and MR in oncology radiotherapy. The STAR2000 treatment planning system by DaHeng Equipment Corporation is used to make the treatment plan for the patient suffered with glioma. Before treatment the patient received the CT and MRI scanning and the CT and MRI data is transmitted to the treatment planning system by tape or DICOM, then the image fusion technique is used to add MRI image above CI image, qualified the body and bone with CT and tumor with MRI. The results show that the image fusion technique with CT and MRI can enhance the treatment possibility of tumor in oncology radiotherapy.
