木瓜总皂苷对免疫性关节炎大鼠血液流变性的影响

Effect of Total Saponin of Haenomeles Speciosa on Hemorrheology of Immunity Arthritis in Rats

目的:揭示免疫性关节炎大鼠血液流变性的异常改变,从血液流变学角度探讨木瓜总皂苷治疗类风湿性关节炎(RA)的作用途径。方法:大鼠足趾皮内注射弗氏完全佐剂造模;微机化血液流变仪测定血液粘度;毛细玻管法测血凝时间;离心沉淀法测红细胞压积。结果:首次表明佐剂性关节炎大鼠经木瓜总皂苷(30、60、120mg/kg)灌胃后,明显降低模型大鼠异常升高的全血及血浆粘度、红细胞的聚集性和纤维蛋白原含量;且具有对抗模型大鼠凝血时间缩短的作用。结论:木瓜总皂苷及白芍总苷对免疫性关节炎大鼠血液的浓、粘、凝、聚状态具有不同程度的改善作用。

Objective:To research the hemorrheology of immunity arthritis in rats and approach the probable mechanism in treating rheumatoid arthritis with total saponin of Haenomeles Speciosa (TSHS). Methods:Complete freund's adjuvant was used to induce adjuvant arthritis in rats. Determine the blood viscosity by hemorrheology instrument. Determine hematocrit of red blood cell by the way of centrifugal deposit. Determine the clotting time by capillary. Results:After prophylactic treating on rats of adjuvant arthritis, TSHS(30、60、120mg/kg) decreased markedly the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, aggregation index of red blood cell, fibrinogen content and prolonged clotting time. Conclusion:The changes of hemorrheology of immunity arthritis in rats might be found. TSHS could regulation these disorder. It is probably one of the mechanisms in treating rheumatoid arthritis.
