双波长薄层扫描法测定颠茄片中硫酸阿托品的含量

Determination of Content of Atropine Sulfate in Belladonna Tablet by Dual Wavelength Thin-layer Scanning Method

目的:测定颠茄片中硫酸阿托品的含量。方法:采用双波长薄层扫描法。薄层扫描条件:硅胶H-0.8%CMC-Na-0.8%NaOH薄层板,以乙酸乙酯-甲醇-氨水(17∶2∶1)为展开剂,改良碘化铋钾及2%亚硝酸钠喷雾显色;双波长反射法锯齿扫描,λS=580nm,λR =700nm;线性参数为3,光束狭缝2nm×2nm。结果:点样量1～5mg线性关系良好,Y=-3128.48+39999.32X,r=0.9966;平均回收率为98.20%,RSD=1.70%,n=5。结论:方法简便,准确,可用于本品质量控制。

Objective:To measure content of atropine sulfate in belladonna tablet. Method:Dual wavelength thin-layer scanning method. Condition of thin-layer scanning:silicon-gel H-0.8%CMC-Na-0.8%NaOH thin-layer sheet, Ethyl Acetate-Methanol-ammonia water(17∶2∶1) as expansion agent, improved bismuth and potassium iodide and 2%sodium nitrite for atomizing develop;dual wavelength reflecting method saw-tooth scanning, λS=580mm, λR=700mm. linear parameter :3, light beam slit:2×2nm. Results:Testing dose:1～5mg, good linear,Y=-3128.48+39999.32X,r=0.9966;average recovery rate:98.20%,RSD=1.70%,n=5. Conclusion:This method is simple and convenient and has high accuracy and can use for quality control of this chemical.
