目的:制定胃灵冲剂质量标准。方法:用薄层色谱法鉴别甘草,用高效液相色谱法测定白芍中芍药苷的含量。结果:其定性定量方法简便、灵敏、准确、专属性强。结论:建立的方法可供控制质量用。

Objective:To make the quality standards for WeiLing Granules. Methods:To distinguish Ridix Glycyrrhizae by TLC, to determine the determination of Paeoniflorin in Radix Paeoniae alba. Results:These methods are simple,sensitive,accurate and with good speciality. Conclusion:The method can be used in the control of quality.
