复方空心莲子草的抗单纯疱疹病毒作用

Study on Anti- HSV-Ⅱ Function of Compound Alternanthera Philoxeroides (Mart .) Griseb

目的:研究复方空心莲子草的抗HSV-Ⅱ病毒作用。方法:采用HeLa细胞对复方空心莲子草进行细胞毒性实验,并观察其对病毒所致细胞病变(CPE)的抑制作用。结果:药物浓度为588μg/ml时对细胞的抑制率为50%,药物浓度≤84μg/ml时对细胞无毒性作用;药物浓度≥42μg/ml时对不同滴度病毒所致细胞病变(CPE)均有抑制作用。结论:复方空心莲子草在体外有明显的抗HSV-Ⅱ作用,剂量越大抗病毒作用越明显。

Objective: The purpose is to study the anti-HSV-Ⅱ Function of Compound Alternanthera philoxeroides (Mart.) Griseb. Methods:Study the inhibitory action and anti-HSV-Ⅱ action of the drug on HeLa cell. Results:When the concentration of the extractive reaches 588μg/ml, its rate of inhibition to HeLa cell reaches to 50%;and when the concentration is less than 84μg/ml, it has no inhibition to HeLa cell. The effective concentration of inhibition to HSV-Ⅱ is 420μg/ml. Conclusion:The extractive has obvious anti-virus function on HeLa cellular cultivation, and the anti-virus function of compound Alternanthera philoxeroides (Mart.) Griseb increases with its concentration becoming higher and with the concentration of HSV-Ⅱ becoming lower.
