李时珍药酒对小鼠免疫器官重量和淋巴细胞转化的影响

Li Shizhen Herb Wine's Effect on the Weight of lmmune Organs and Lymphocyte Blastogenesis in Mouse

目的 探讨李时珍药酒的免疫药效学 ,观察该药酒对小鼠免疫器官 (脾脏、胰腺 )、淋巴细胞的影响。方法 采用昆明种小鼠 ,分为药酒 (大、中、小剂量 )组、香菇多糖组和正常对照组。结果 中等剂量的李时珍药酒能增加脾脏指数 (3.71± 0 .78vs 2 .88± 0 .48,P <0 .0 5 ) ,提高淋巴细胞转化率 (4 3± 11vs 32± 7,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 李时珍药酒对细胞免疫功能有一定的增强作用。

Objection To observe Li Shizhen Herb Wine's effect on the immune organs(spleen,pancreas)and lymphocytes in mice.Methods Kunming strain mice were used and divided into the following groups:herb wine groups(large,middle and small dose),mushroom polysaccharide group and normal control.Results Middle dose herb wine could increase spleen index(3.71±0.78 vs 2.88±0.48,P<0.05),and increase lymphcyte blastogenesis rate(43±11 vs 32±7,P<0.05).Conclusion Li Shizhen Herb Wine had the effect to increase cellular immune function.
