脑出血血肿周围半暗带的病理生理研究进展 被引量：31

摘要 相对于脑梗死而言,脑出血尚无有效的治疗办法。但近几年来,对脑出血血肿周围半暗带内局部脑血流、炎症反应、脑水肿和细胞凋亡等病理生理机制的研究,为脑出血的进一步治疗展现了光明前景。
