脑淀粉样血管病与脑出血 被引量：6

摘要 脑淀粉样血管病和脑出血具有密切的相关性。目前认为,脑淀粉样血管病是高龄人群原发性脑出血,尤其是复发性和多灶性脑出血的主要致病原因之一。近年来对其病因、发病机制、诊断和治疗都有了进一步的认识和进展。
