兔中缝隐核对血压的调节作用及其外周途径

摘要 目的 探讨中缝隐核对家兔血压的调节作用及其外周途径。方法 采用中缝隐核内微量注射以及外周受体阻断的方法观察家兔血压的变化。结果 实验发现将微量兴奋性氨基酸谷氨酸钠注射到中缝隐核内可以使基础血压升高 ,而将微量γ 氨基丁酸注射到中缝隐核内却可以降低基础血压。外周应用酚妥拉明或者在脊髓T3~T4节段切断可以阻断微量谷氨酸钠注射到中缝隐核内所引起的升压效应。而外周应用心得安、阿托品或者双侧颈部迷走神经切断却不能阻断微量谷氨酸钠注射到中缝隐核内所引起的升压效应。结论 中缝隐核在生理情况下具有一定的紧张性活动 ,该活动可能在维持血压的稳定方面具有重要作用 ,这一作用的外周途径是通过交感神经及 α Objective To investigate the effect of nucleus raphe obscurus( NRO )on BP and the peripheral pathway in rabbit. Methods The BP of urethane anaesthetic rabbits was monitored after drug administration into NRO or peripheral receptor block. Results Glutamate microinjection into NRO of anaesthetized rabbits increased the basic BP but GABA decreased the basic BP. Intravenous injection of phentolamine or spinal cordotomy at T3~4 abolished the BP increase evoked by glutamate microinjection while intravenous injection of propranolol, atropine or bilateral vagatomy in the cervix had no effect on the BP increase evoked by glutamate microinjection. Conclusion NRO has tonic activities to some extent and participates in modulating the basic BP of rabbits through sympathetic nerves and α adrenergic receptor.
