摘要
目的 探讨高血压盐敏感患者急性静脉盐水负荷后红细胞的钠钾代谢。方法 77例确诊的 1、2级原发性高血压患者 ,以急性静脉盐水负荷及速尿缩容的方法判定盐敏感性 ,并比较盐敏感 (SS)组及盐不敏感 (NSS)组急性静脉盐水负荷后红细胞内钠、钾含量及血浆钠、钾浓度的改变。结果 高血压盐敏感组急性静脉盐水负荷后红细胞内钠含量显著高于盐不敏感组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而红细胞钾含量及血浆钠、钾浓度两组间无显著差别 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 高血压敏感者存在细胞膜离子转运缺陷 ,当给予盐负荷时 ,即可引起细胞内钠含量的显著升高 。
Objective To study the metabolism of the red blood cell sodium and potassium after acute saline loading test in salt sensitive hypertensive patients. Methods Seventy seven essential hypertensive patients were selected. Salt sensitivity was determined by acute saline loading and furosemide volume constricting. Red blood cell sodium and potassium as well as blood plasma sodium and potassium were measured before and after the tests. Results The level of red blood cell sodium in patients with salt sensitivity (SS) after acute saline loading test was much higher than that in non salt sensitivity patients (NSS) ( P <0.05). On the other hand, no significant difference was found in red blood cell potassium, plasma sodium and potassium between SS and NSS ( P >0.05). Conclusion Red blood cell sodium increased significantly in hypertensive patients with salt sensitivity while higher salt was taken, which suggests blood pressure is increased through a series of mechanisms.
