摘要
新形势下,技术型人才仍须独立存在,而且,它的重要性正不断提升,技术型人才的知能结构应具有应变,综合和创新的特征,高等技术教育的产学研结合,必须深化。
The technical talents should exist independently under the new situation, they become more and more important. Then knowledge and technology structure should have the characteristics of emergency treating, synthesis and innovation. The production, teaching and scientific research should be combined deeply in high technology education.
