摘要
用Na2CO3 溶液调节CuCl2 蚀刻液的 pH值约为3,加入6.5g的Na2SO3 作还原剂 ,制得CuCl。经测定,在合适的条件下 ,CuCl的纯度和收率分别达到96.2 %和96.6%。
Cuprous chloride was prepared frometching waste liquor of cupric chloride by adjusting the pH value about3through Na 2 CO 3 solution and adding appropriate amount of Na 2 SO 3 as reductive agent.Under the optimumreaction conditions,the yield and purity of CuCl were96.6%and96.2%respectively.The experiment results showed that this method had many advanˉtages,such as simple process,easy operation and good quality of products.
