血糖仪测定血糖值可靠性研究

Study on the reliability of blood sugar concentration measured by blood sugar survey meter

目的研究血糖仪测定毛细血管血糖、静脉全血糖与生化法测定静脉血清糖之间的差别及相关性 ,探讨血糖仪测静脉全血糖的可靠性。方法用乐康全 (Glucotrend)血糖仪测定肘静脉全血糖 (VBG)及指端毛细血管血糖 (CBG) 5 2例 ,同时用葡萄糖氧化酶法测静脉血清糖 (VSG)。结果VSG高于VBG 11.2 % ,P <0 .0 5 ;CBG高于VSG10 .4 % ,但P >0 .0 5 ;CBG高于VBG ,P <0 .0 1。VSG与VBG、CBG之间存在显著相关性 ,P <0 .0 0 0 1。结论应用血糖仪测微量血糖具有快速、简便、准确、疼痛少的特点 ,作为糖尿病血糖监测具有重要临床意义。但血糖仪测静脉全血糖可靠性较差 ,宜适用于监测毛细血管血糖。

Objective To study the difference and correlation of blood sugar concentration in blood from capillary vessel, vein measured by blood sugar survey meter and biochemical measurement. And explore the reliability of blood sugar survey meter in whole veinous blood testing. Method 52 cases of Veinous blood glucose (VBG) and capillary blood glucose (CBG) were measured by Glucotrend brand blood sugar survey meter, and vein serum glucose (VBG) was measured by glucose oxidase method. Result The VSG is 11.2% higher than VBG, P <0.05; CBG is 10.4% higher than VSG, P >0.05, CBGis higher than VBG, P < 0.01, there is significant correlation among VSG, VBG and CBG, P <0.001.Conclusion Blood sugar survey meter is quick, easy, painless and accurate ways for blood glucose measurement, and is important for clinical BG monitoring for diabetes patients. But it is suitable for CBG monitoring due to relatively poor reliability.
