摘要
在机械加工及测量过程中 ,直尺作为精密的基准工具必不可少。直尺的修复主要依赖传统的手工刮削方法获得很高的形状和位置精度。文章介绍了在缺乏高精度制造和测量基准的条件下 ,利用作图 -计算法 ,制造出满足一级精度要求的直尺。
Standard rule is imperative during machining and measuring.Precision repair mostly depends on traditional scrape.Without any high-ranking fiducial equipment,the standard rule is made by using draw-calculation method.The non-conventional method is introduced in this paper.
