摘要
文中通过对I -DEAS软件进行二次开发 ,实现复杂零件的参数化设计。分析了 2种参数化设计的方法 ,并比较其优缺点 ,采用将 2种方法相结合的技术措施 ,得到理想的参数化方法 ;建立了干扰器材子单元CAD系统 ,论述了系统的结构和构建过程 ,其中包括子单元零件的数据库和参数化模型库的建立 ,以及系统的接口处理。该CAD系统 ,通过运行实例 ,能满足参数化设计的基本要求 。
This paper realizes parametric design of complex parts by further development in I-DEAS,analyses two means of parametric drawings,and compares the advantages and disadvantages.A perfect parametric design method is obtained by combining the above methods.The paper establishes the inference equipment cells CAD system,and states the framework and constructment process of the system along with the system's joint process.The foundation of cell parts' database and parametric model storeroom are included.This CAD system can meet the basic requirements of parametric drawings by examples,and greatly improve the speed and quality of the cell parts design.
