从分析蜗轮的齿形特点入手 ,探讨了利用CNC齿轮测量机测量蜗轮齿形误差的原理 .在此基础上 ,提出了测量齿形的具体方案 ,据此开发的蜗轮测量软件 ,可以实现与阿基米德蜗杆(ZA)、法向直廓蜗杆 (ZN)、渐开线蜗杆 (ZI)

This paper studies the principle to measure worm gear profile by CNC gear measuring center, and presents a practical method to measure the profile. Based on this method, a software has been developed .The software can realize automatic measurement of profile of wormgears matched with ZA ,ZN ,ZI profile.
