摘要
研究了不同程度冷拔变形 (2 9% ,5 1% ,6 4% )的单晶铝线材的拉伸性能 ,并通过扫描电镜对拉伸断口进行了分析 .结果表明 :与原始线材相比 ,变形量为 2 9%的试样抗拉强度提高了 6 7.4 % ,屈服强度提高了 2 0 3.3% ,屈强比也提高了 81% ,但延伸率降低了 70 .7% ,其应力 应变曲线与原始单晶线材的应力 应变曲线明显不同 ;对于经冷拔变形的试样 ,总的趋势是随着变形量的增大 ,抗拉强度、屈服强度增大 。
The performance of single crystal aluminum wire with different cold rolling extend(29 % ,51 % ,64 % ) has been analyzed and the morphology of the tensile fracture has been observed by SEM. The results show that the tensile strength σ b,yieldstrength σ 0.2 and ratio of σ 0.2 / σ b for the cold rolled sample extended of 29 % are increased by 67.4 % ,203.3 % and 81 % ,respectively,while the elongation δ is decreased 70.7 % ; for the cold rolled sample,the strength enhanced slowly and the elongation lowered gradually with the increase of deformation.
