仿骨多孔羟基磷灰石生物材料的烧结特性 被引量:1

摘要 分别用自燃烧法添加生物玻璃和不加生物玻璃合成的 HA原料粉末制备试样 ,烧结后通过试样收缩率计算和微观结构观察 ,研究了多孔 HA材料的烧结特性。结果表明 ,含磷酸盐生物玻璃添加剂的试样烧结温度降低了 2 0 0℃ ,在10 5 0℃即可烧结 ,获得仿骨结构的多孔 The samples were prepared using HA powder synthesized by auto combustion with or without the bioglass, the contraction percentage and microstructure of the sintered samples were tested, the sintering characteristic of porous HA material was studied. The results showed that the sintering temperature of the sample which added phosphate bioglass additive was reduced 200 ℃, the material could be sintered at 1 050 ℃ to get bionic porous HA biomaterial.
