摘要
高等教育大众化不只是教育对象的扩大,而且高等教育的概念、办学模式以及质量观等都发生了相应的变化,并导致高等教育培养目标的变化。但无论高等教育大众化引起怎样的变化,大众化的高等教育其最终目的是服务于人的发展,即培养有个性的自由发展的人。
Mass higher education not only means the massive increase of the number of people who receive an education, it also means the corresponding changes made in educational concept, teaching model and quality criterion, and the consequent changes in the training objective of higher education. The author thinks, despite all these changes, the ultimate purpose of higher education remains to serve the development of people--- to turn out people with highly developed individuality.
