国际石油工程投资估算方法研究

Study on the Investment Estimate of International Petroleum Engineering

分析了现有的投资估算方法 ,提出了适合于国际石油工程的投资估算方法——设备费系数法和 0 .7次方指数法 ,建立了石油建设工程常用设备的回归方程式 ,测算出了不同装置的指数。运用 0 .7次方指数法对国外某油田地面建设工程进行投资估算 。

This paper analyses present investment estimate methods, proposes the investment estimate methods that are appropriate to international petroleum engineering, that is, equipment coefficient method and 0.7 square exponent method, establishes the return equations of common equipments of petroleum construction engineering, calculate the index number of different devices. Through estimating the ground construction investment of a abroad oil-field, verifies the accuracy of index number.
