摘要
高校知识女性人才的岗位自我开发过程实质上是一个自我认识、自我设计、自我完善的过程,高校知识女性人才的岗位开发具有科学性、必要性、重要性和迫切性,高校知识女性人才的岗位自我开发主要有养成良好的心理素质,明确努力方向,树立岗位形象,瞄准目标实干等途径。
The processof self-development of college intellectual women on the post is the process of their self-recognition,self-designing and self-perfection,which involves fostering fine psychological quality,having a clear direction of effort,establish a good image of the post,and working hard towards their goals.
