基于现代经济的知识化、网络化、全球化特征 ,高校图书馆正面临着前所未有的困境和发展机遇 ,高校图书馆应抓住机遇 ,摆脱困境 ,加强自身建设 。

Basing on the modern economy's characteristics of being knowledgeable,networking and globalization,libraries in higher schools are facing difficulties and developing chance which they have never met before.Therefore,libraries in higher schools should grasp opportunities,be free from difficulties and strengthen selfconstruction in order to adapt the need of the situation development
