摘要
研究了La掺杂对SrBi_4Ti_4O_15铁电介电性能影响.当La含量为0.75时得到剩余极化2Pr 极大值为17.8μC/cm^2,同时介电常数呈现极大.随La掺杂浓度升高,相变温度T_c降低.
The effects of La - doping on the ferroelectric and dielectric properties of SrBi4Ti4O15 were investigated. There is a peak of remanent polarization(2Pr) at doping content of 0.75 with value of 17.8μC/cm2.
