摘要
介绍了多层片式压敏电阻器的结构原理、特征、应用.应用试验结果证实,所研制的电阻器具有响应速度快,限制电压低,温度特性好,通流能力大等优点.故将在信息及家电行业获得广泛应用.
The structure principle, characteristics and applications of multilayer chip varistors are introduced. The measuring results have shown that the varistors developed have many advantages of fast responding, low limiting voltage, good temperature behaviour and great flux density. As a result, it will be widely used in IT and domestic electricdevices.
