介绍了表面等离子激元方面的基本内容和研究工作,并通过表面等离激元与光 的转换特性提出了硅基隧道结+透镜的光增强系统,该系统可生成红、绿、青三色拼成的色元.
The research work on the surface plasmon polariton(SPP) and its substantial physical contents are introduced. A system, MIS junction and a prism, is designed to improve the light intensity according to the dispersion of light and SPP. This system can emit red, green and blue light, which can be modulated to provide lights in different color.
