摘要
本文从明代言官体制的分析入手 ,探讨了封建国家言事体制的构成及运行规律 。
From the analysis of the set-up of advising and impeaching officials in the Ming Dynasty, the paper discusses the construction of advisory-impeachment system in feudal countries, and its principle of operation. It also expounds the features of the functions and responsibilities of the advising and impeaching officials.
