浅析医保电子文件归档及其电子档案管理

A Brief Analysis of Placing on File and Administering upon Archives of Generating E - Documents in SSHI System

随着城镇职工医疗保险制度改革措施的贯彻落实及基本医疗保险定点医疗机构软件的应用,从而在整个医保业务流程中产生大量的医保电子文件,由此分析了医保电子文件如何归档及归档后形成的医保电子档案的管理,并提出实行“电子文件全过程管理”以维护其信息安全方面的主要措施。

A large number of e - documents in the fonn of disc are generated with business processing of social security health insurance system. This paper presents how to place on file and administer upon archives for related e - documents. The main efficient methods to protect security of information in archives and lo administer e - documents with the whole process are discussed.
