中小型病害水库的处理一直是一个可研究的课题。处理中如何协调好技术与经济这一对矛盾,使之既保证安全、正常运用,又降低造价,本文仅就一病害土坝的治理,在这一方面进行了探索。

How to dealing with small imperfect rockfill dams has always been a subject worthy of studying. This paper discusses how to compromise between technology and economy, and gives a successful example of achieving both safe operation and lower cost in controlling an imperfect dam.
