摘要 针对当前基于医学工业标准的PACS体系结构存在的不足之处,通过对分布式对象技术以及三级客户/服务器结构的特点进行分析,并将其引入到PACS体系结构中,结合医学工业标准设计了一种基于分布式对象技术的PACS体系结构,对这种新PACS的具体功能进行了设计和实现.采用这种新的体系结构,能有效地缩短PACS的开发周期,并使得PACS具有更高的运行效率、更大的灵活性及可扩展性. The authors firstly analyze the architecture based on the newest standards of medical industry and point out their deficiencies, and secondly analyze the technique of distributed object and three-tier client/server architecture, introduce this technique into the architecture of PACS, and derign a novel architecture based on the integration of medical industrial standards and technique of distributed object. Finally, the real functions of this new PACS are designed and implemented. Adopting this new architecture can shorten the development period of PACS, and make PACS more flexible, extensible and efficient in its operation and design.
