摘要
上海及其周边地区区域经济持续快速发展 ,基础设施建设与城市化进程的迅猛推进 ,城市地区的范围不断扩大 ,区域空间秩序发生新的变化 ,亟需在共同的区域文化背景上 ,建立新的综合管理形式 。
Along with the rapid urban development and infrastructure construction in recent years, the scope of city region has been expanding, and the regional spatial order has undergone new changes. It is therefore urgent to establish a new form of comprehensive management under the common regional cultural context, promoting the coordinated development of cities under the precondition of competition and cooperation.
