After China's accession to the WTO our country's enterprises , especially the small and medium-sized enterprises are facing serious challenges of survival and development. How to upgrade the small and medium-sized enterprises' competitiveness has become the urgent thing for them to do. The small and medium-sized enterprises have to perform a series of adjustments reforms themselves if they want to endure the challenge and crises caused by the accession to the WTO and moreover continue to develop and grow.
