现代项目管理中的“挣值管理”思想和方法是由美国国防部最先提出和建立的 ,这种方法是专门为项目的时间和成本集成管理服务的。它可以用于分析项目成本和时间之间的相互关系和预测项目成本和时间的发展。本文深入地讨论了“挣值管理”这种方法的统计分析原理及其发展。
The idea and method of the 'Earned Value Management', which is used in modern project management was first put forward and set up by the U.S Ministry of Defense. This method especially serves the time and cost integration management. It can be used to analyze the mutual relationship between the project cost and time ,and forecast the development of the project cost and time. This article discusses the statistical analysis principle and the development of the 'Earned Value Management'.
