On the Enterprises' Operational Innovation after Entering the WTO

我国加入WTO以后 ,对于企业而言机遇与挑战并存。面对新的经济环境 ,企业必须进行重新评估和定位 ,实行创新经营。创新经营必须把技术创新、制度创新和管理创新有机结合 ,企业才能取得成功。

After China's entering the WTO the opportunities and challenges coexist for the enterprises. Facing the new economic environment, the enterprise must re-evaluate and re-orientate itself, and perform the operational innovation. In performing the operational innovation, the enterprise must combine the technology innovation, institution innovation and management innovation at the same time. Only by doing so can the enterprise succeed.
