摘要
黄石市芜湖路某住宅楼发生严重倾斜 ,最大倾斜率达 2 7.7‰ ,采用浅掏土法纠偏施工 ,使倾斜率回倾至4 .3‰ ,取得了良好的施工效果 ;同时采用锚杆桩进行基础加固 ,消除诱发不均匀沉降的不良因素。
A residential building declination was up to 27.7‰. After rectified by shallow digging, the declination reduced to 4.3%. At the same time anchored piles were used to reinforce the subgrade unfavorable factors which cause the uneven settlement can be eliminated.
