摘要
玻璃温室夏季降温是发展高科技农业、园林所亟待解决的问题 .结合位于长春市南郊一大规模花卉玻璃温室工程实例 ,对玻璃温室夏季降温问题进行了研究 .在对该温室原有环境条件实测和夏季冷负荷计算基础上 ,首先提出了几种简易可行的降温方案 ,对不同方案进行了论证 ,建议采用“细雾 +风机”系统作为首选方案 .同时 ,对喷雾粒径与蒸发时间、喷雾强度、换气率等重要设计参数进行了分析讨论 ,为工程设计、运行调节提供了依据 .作者所设计的“细雾 +风机”系统已在 2 0 0 0年夏季投入使用 .经两年的夏季运行 。
Temperature decreasing of glass greenhouse in summer is an urgent task for developing high science technology agriculture and gardens.This paper deals with an engineering example of flower glass greenhouse which is situated in the sonth Changchun,and discusses the temperature question of glass greenhouse in summer.On the base of surveying the greenhouse enviroment and calculating summer cooling load,the paper puts forward several plans that are simple and feasible at first,analyses each plan.The paper proposes to adopt 'fine fog+fans'as the first place plan.At the same time,the paper analyses several impartant designing prarameters,such as different grain diameters and evaporation time spraying intensity and exchanged air proportion,which provides basis for engineering designing and run regulation.The 'fine fog+fans'system according to auther's designing has run since 2000,which it has shown an obvious effect of temperature decreasing.
