摘要
结合攀钢冶炼的钢种,研究了半钢炼钢钢渣中主要组元对炼钢过程化渣、脱磷、脱硫及钢渣粘度的影响,提出了钢渣碱度(CaO/SiO2)、TFe、MgO含量的控制范围,经工业试验验证,确定了同时满足半钢炼钢及溅渣护炉的钢渣渣系。
According to the steel grade produced at PZH Steel, the effect of main constitution in converter slag on slaging, desulphurizing and dephosphorizing in steelmaking process and on slag's viscosity were studied. The controlled range of (CaO/SiO2), TFe and MgO in slag was put forward. Based on the trial in industry, the system of slag was set up fitting to steelmaking with semi-steel and slag splashing at the same time.
