摘要
研究了镁碳砖和铝碳砖在高钛渣中的侵蚀行为。测试和分析了渣中TiO2含量、熔渣温度、熔渣与耐火材料间的相对运动速度、熔渣碱度及铁浴的比例对这两种耐火材料侵蚀过程的影响。
The corrosion behavior of MgO-C brick and Al2O3-C brick immersed in high titania slag was investigated. The influence of process parameters, such as TiO2 content in slag, slag temperature, the rotary velocity between slag and refractory, slag basicity and the ratio of iron bath, on the corrosion rate was examined and analyzed.
