摘要
针对平整工艺和平整液组成的特点,采用刚性、弹塑性、全滑动和边界润滑等不同模型,进行了平整轧制压力预测模型的理论分析与模拟实验研究。结果表明:当压下量小于5%后,轧辊的弹性变形和钢板的弹性恢复对轧制压力的影响很大,不能忽略;采用边界润滑弹塑性模型计算得到的平整轧制压力较边界润滑刚性模型更接近实验值。
Aimed at specially characteristics of skin pass and the consist proportion of lubricant, the study of predicting skin pass rolling force was carried out by theoretical analysis and experimental investigations with rigid, elastoplastic, complete sliding and boundary lubrication model. It was shown that the elastic deformation of rollers and steel sheet has great effect on the calculation value of rolling force when the gauge reduction was less than 5%, so these deformation should not be ignored. The calculation value of rolling force using boundary lubrication elastoplastic model is more accurate than that using boundary lubrication rigid model comparing with the experimental value.
