摘要
弧焊品质反映了焊机的性能和操作过程的稳定程度,是决定焊件质量的关键。由于弧焊过程的复杂性,弧焊品质分析面临许多困难,是目前焊接界的一个研究热点。根据虚拟仪器的思想和特点,初步建立了基于虚拟仪器的弧焊品质分析系统,并在DSP控制的NBMD500焊机上进行实验,取得了良好的效果。
The performance of welding machine and the stability of welding process can be reflected by the arc welding quality,which is the key factor to decide the quality of workpiece.The analysis on quality of arc welding is a hotpot in welding society because of its complicacy.A virtual analysis system on arc welding quality is built in this paper according to the theory and characteristic of the virtual instrument .The analysis system does well in the evaluation experiments on NBMD500machine.
