摘要
介绍了自保护药芯焊丝的特点 ,并指出加快自保护药芯焊丝研制的重要性和紧迫性 .阐述了国内外对自保护药芯焊丝焊缝气孔产生机理。
This paper has expounded the importance and urgency of self shielded flux cored wire (SSFCW) study. The characteristics of selfshielded flux cored wire are introduced. In the meantime engendering mechanism of gas hole of weld seam and slag remove of weld seam of SSFCW are expounded. Effects of trace elements on performance of deposited metal of SSFCW both in domestic and abroad are steted.
