摘要
阐述了对碰撞事故进行调查分析的必要性、通常做法及其存在的问题 ,探讨了船舶碰撞点分析模式建立的数理方法 ,并结合现状和例证描述了该模式在碰撞事故调查分析中的应用及其运用方法 .该模式作为调查分析手段 ,能帮助识别当事双方提供或现场所获证据的真伪性 。
This article discussed and analyzed the function of analysis model of collision point in the process of collision accident investigation. It showed the necessity, general actions and the existing problems. It explained the method of establishing the analysis model and instructed its effect and way by users in the investigation according to current conditions with examples. As the skill of investigation, it can help us to discriminate the reality of evidences given by related men and received in accident spot, further it can be helpful to find out the real reason of collision accident.
