摘要
在路面的使用过程中 ,水泥稳定粒料基层弹性变形较小 ,使用年限长 ,承载能力高。但缺点是其抗变形能力低 ,在温度或湿度变化时容易发生收缩开裂。除了水泥剂量、含泥量和施工控制等因素外 ,集料级配是影响水泥稳定粒料基层收缩特性的重要因素。水泥稳定粒料级配干缩性能研究主要包括 :(1)在一定的温度和湿度作用下 ,小梁干缩参数 (失水率、干缩应变 )随时间的变化规律 ;(2 )小梁干缩应变、平均干缩系数随失水率、集料级配的变化规律。
During the usage of pavement, elasticity deformation of cement stabilized base is low, with long service year and high carrying capacity . But its disadvantage is low anti deformation capacity. Under the change of temperature and humidity, it can easily be crazed by shrinking. Besides cement dose, mud content and construction control, aggregate grade is one of the important factors which affect the shrinkage properties of cement stabilized material bases. The dry shrinkage properties study on grades of cement stabilized materials mainly includes: (1)Under the effects of temperature and humidity, the laws of small beam dry shrinkage parameters along with time, of which are percentage of water loss and dry shrinkage strain. (2)Along with percentage of water loss and aggregate grade, the laws of small beam dry shrinkage strain and average dry shrinkage index.
